Mission Statement
To provide regional strategic assistance of empowerment to small, African American, Emerging and women owned businesses in gaining economic empowerment , greater legislative knowledge, through education, capital resource access, networking and marketing collaboration.
The Regional Cal Black Chamber of Commerce (RBCC) encompasses Five Star Empowerment Zones in the San Fernando Valley, The charter reformation now covers the entire San Fernando Valley and part of its neighboring cities, i.e.…Burbank/Glendale, Santa Clarita/Valencia and North Hollywood.
The Regional Cal Black Chamber, was honored as “Chamber of the Year ”, by the California Black Chamber of Commerce in Sacramento, California; recognition was received from the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, California State Assembly, California State Senate, and California State Board of Equalization.

The RCCCC is fueled by a panel of (7) Board of Directors, a 10 member Executive Advisory Council and a 5 panel Corporate Advisory Committee. The Chamber is operated and under the direction of a President/CEO, corporate secretary, (2) administrative assistants, and a Chief Financial Officer.
The newly formed Regional California Black Chamber of Commerce SFV encompasses *(5) empowerment zones…they are as follows:
Zone 1…Central & West San Fernando Valley, all areas from Sherman Oaks to Woodland Hills, from Granada Hills to Northridge to Chatsworth
Zone 2…North Eastern areas. Includes all areas from Mission Hills, Van Nuys, Pacoima, Sylmar, Lakeview Terrace to North Hollywood
Zone 3…Burbank / Glendale areas
Zone 4…Santa Clarita / Valencia areas
Zone 5…Alternate stakeholder support areas… L A Metro, Inglewood,, Marina Del Rey, & Culver City
